There is a similar machine in the gym i go to. It's a community gym, lot's of less able people and people doing rehab use it.

I guess it's good for something, but it really has nothing to do with cycling

I think i might laugh if i saw people at a gym on this thing!!
Does it really make any sense for our arms to move in those motions..? Wouldn't there be better ways to gain strength or cardio?
Other than for the purpose of rehab, seems pretty scam-ish to me..
