Okay, let's try this out...i've assembled this, lemme know what you think! (And post your watts here - don't worry about the W/Kg part, the table takes care of that!)

excellent idea. but what about creating a table here in the forum, like the other tables we have here, although it's not a big deal clicking on a link it's much more visible if it's actually viewable in the thread.

How about a 5hr wattage to make it interesting to me? Don't worry, you guys can just make something up. :) And I hope these are PB's and not current, otherwise I might just go run and hide.

is there no way to embed the google spreadsheet into a link at the top of the thread? Even if its something that has to be updated?

I'm not sure how the input form is supposed to work, but it doesn't seem to be...I tried to input name, weight, etc., but my weight appeared below my name, and I stopped there.

I agree that we should try to embed it here, so it's actually visible.

You gotta post your numbers in the thread, and i'll update the spreadsheet.

Unless someone else wants to head this up (ie, punch in all the #'s) i don't want to have to muck around trying to manage it on the Forum here.

It'll be a pain for everyone to get their initial #'s in, but once they're in, you can just post your updates. =)

How's that sound? Or does someone else want 'manage' this? I can also give others permission to edit the spreadsheet, lemme know if you want do to this too.

Ok, here goes:

Josh
currently 71kg
SRM Track
TrainingPeaks
Max: 1416
1s: 1326
5s: 1175
30s: 720
1m: 532

I'm not going to put down the longer times, because I haven't actually ever done an effort that long...it would just be the wattage from my warmups, which isn't very interesting. Once I start racing I'll have power data from the longer events.

It's no rocket science really, if you use the [code] tag you'll get a fixed width font, like all the other tables we have here on VF. Not much to manage, just type in a name and add some spaces between the numbers. We all know you can do it Dave :P

Thanks Josh - no worries, whatever you've got!

Okay JBC and Cleetster, let's get your numbers in too!

Anyone else lurking that wants to post too? =)

How did you guys measure your power, with one of those new devices attached to the crancks, or on an ergometer at the bike club or fitness school?

Some of us have crank- or hub-based powermeters, but an ergometer definitely works, too.

mines a powertap as well - hub based.

Hey, where's the 5 hour!!!!

these will be from memory as most of the downloads are at home - and they certainly are not my current numbers (ie, would be lower in current form).

68kg
1s: 1100
5s: ??
30s: ??
1min: ??
5min: 380
10min: 350
30min: 310
60m: 303
120min: 282
180min: 265
5hr: 227

From 1hr on I am sure of those, the others I will need to double check. You can see I have a very different profile than you guys tho! Much lower at the top end, but a flatter curve.

edit: I have deleted the lower ones, I had better check first, they were really complete guesses! Those 5 and 10min ones are probably from climbs.
