at first I thought that was insane, but thats actually less than 3,000 cals. I imagine he must burn thru more than that in 5hrs at his size & W. phew, he musta been hopped up on caffeine that night tho!

:D
the news of tom's (um, alleged) coke habit was shocking, but nothing compared to finding out he drives a yellow lamborghini.

pro cyclists have always been oddballs, i suppose, so i guess they will continue to be...dave millar does indeed seem like a great bloke, but his favourite film is ratatouille, ffs!

Oh..stupid Boonen...gaah.

Sorry about the chart, i had trouble logging in one day, and i guess it skipped past a few entries!! Anyway, the chart is up-to-date!

Do get us the shorter efforts JBC, it's only fair that we reveal all. ;)

Regardless, your 5min wattage is fantastic!! You're going to do very well in the pursuit my friend.

And impressive numbers from the Cleetster as well, holy moly, got some strong guys!

Millar deserves credit for being one of the first to admit that he had taken things from the candy tin, way before the current wave of hypocracy. He always seemed a nice guy to me (and more intelligent than the average pro-cyclist).

If I had to do a five hour ride, I wouldn't have time to sit on here, and post idle thoughts, to bump up my numbers !

So I stick to three hours max !

Five hours is very impressive !

Oh, come on, several sessions of 5mins but intense up to 45mins 'all-out' every day isn't so bad. ;)
