Updates from a sprint tournament today:
Max - 1447
1s - 1408
5s - 1314

all in a race gear, as opposed to something tiny, which I though was pretty cool.

Two more PBs from last night!

20min up 4w more, to 285w...3.96w/kg, nearly at 4!!

30min up 3w, to 273w.

haha - look out, i might catch up to ya before you know it!! =P

Did a couple sprints last night (200m, 500m) at the track...wow, my wattage SUCKED. Barely cracked 1,000w!!! My sustain isn't too bad, but top end is crap...ahh well, luckily not as necessary for TT's and 'cross...haha..

Got another HUGE PB on Tuesday in the TT, my 20min went up 5w, to 290w!! I'm over 4.0w/kg in the 20min range, i'm pretty happy about that!

No one else has posted their 20min numbers, let's see 'em! =)

Bodyweight DOWN to 69kg, which means my 5s power is up over 20w/kg now!

Wow - HUGE gain in the 5s power, NICE!!!

My own plans for sprinting are out the door..i was hoping to hit 1400w this year, no chance of that now...

Held over 330w for nearly 9min on a hill climb yesterday....on my way to a new 10min PB, but ran out of course. ;)

I'm quite interested in how your guys power extrapolates into pure speed...So how fast can you guys get up to, say in a solo 20/30s sprint in kph? Non tailwind...
