Update:

My Max/1sec is now up 21w, to 1249. (See my log. =)

Also bumped my weight up to 72kg, i thought it was temp, but it seems to be sticking around. Maybe water gain from creatine? I don't feel bulky or bloated, tho my quads seem a bit bigger. =)

I'm up to 79kg now ! :shock:

Wowwee - you guys sure are plumping up over the winter!!

My weight is up, but luckily it's not body fat! Part of it is extra mass on my upper body from climbing...the rest is bigger legs. Was looking at a race photo from the summer, i'm equally lean, but more muscle now i think...

it's all about where you start you know :D my goal is to shave off another 1-2 kg before my racing season starts in May. sub-65 would be sweet 8)
