in need of a vegan jersey

Postby i live in omaha » Sat Mar 31, 2007 4:05 pm

as summer is almost upon me in the northern hemisphere i have decided that it is time to actually get a cycling jersey instead of using tight tshirts.

do you guys know of any places that have cycling jerseys that say "vegan" or something like that anywhere on them? i'd rather do that than have a jersey that advertises for kellogs or motorolla.

organic athlete have some stuff that might fit the bill. some of the guys here will be able to testify whether it's good kit :)

there's plenty of good quality plain coloured (or, at least, relatively muted) kit about, too. personally i like etxeondogear but it might be quite expensive in the states.

organic athlete is pretty cool, i don't think it says vegan on the jerseys, but it does on the shorts.

i'd love to but on occasion i have been known to eat conventionally grown fruit and vegetables making me not really that organic.

But which do you prefer? I don't discern when I go diving since I'm not paying and I have to wash everything anyway.

I'm gonna get an OA kit, hopefully in time for AIDS/Lifecycle!
