wow, i am hitting the gym and hitting it hard. gunna go for 50 squats w/just the bar on my back and increase the load from there.

Going to have a crack at this again tonight, planning to take some easy scalps. Need to do it quickly before my weight gets above 100kg

just did 15 reps with 102,5kg

I might have another crack at this with 97.5kg (my current summer bodyweight).

doing rehab hence the high reps
