Oops. Well, weights look more impressive in pounds as opposed to kgs anyway :D

12" Steel Log
1x155 lb / 70.45 kg

Nothing impressive yet, but it is feeling more comfortable, getting in the groove

700 lb Tire Flip
1x7 best set for reps yet

Farmers Walk
1x120 ft with 6 turns, 195 lb / 88.6 kg per hand, then 20 sec hold at end

5 lb per hand less than my best, but did sets of figure eights, cones spaced 20' apart, real tough on the grip

Log and tire are feeling more and more smooth, and will be upping the farmers weight next week for 100' with one turn for a new PR

Well I closed the CoC 2.5 gripper last night with each hand on my first attempt.

I may as well try and list a few other things. Although not had much experience at all with these things

Stone 80 kg without tacky
Stone 100 with tacky, could do alot more than this I think.

Log: 70kg 1 rep
Thick bar: Hmm not sure
Farmers walk: over 20m with 100kg farmers
Yoke: 192 for 20m
232 for 7m (really need to get the groove with this)
Tyre: 1 rep - was just a practice flip

Oak :)

oops just read the first post again, so will edit in my 20m yoke

Okay got a 18inch deadlift thingy. Which was 240kg.
My grip was pure poop. I have to work on that.

Also flipped the little tire five times. Not difficult at all now I don't think.

Nice to have you onboard Oak!

Seeing you pull 240kg on the 18inch deadlift was very impressive. Train hard, gain 10-15kg and you could be very competitive in the under 105's in a year or two :D

Aye, solid work on the 18" dead oak. Like Jojo says, bit or work on weak areas and comp time could be soon!

Me - new PB on stones, nailed the 110 and 120kg ones to a 4 and a half foot barrel (approx).

Farmer's Walk PR today:

225 lb (102.27kg) per hand for 100', with one turn

That was the second run, 1st and 3rd set I did the same weight for 50', then to put away the implements 170 lb per hand for 100' straight away.

More in the tank, the pickup felt good on the 1st one, slower on the 2nd, and felt like I was gonna pass out on the third pickup. As far as grip and walking with it, no problem, more weight to come.

Also timed the tire flip for the first time, got 50' / 5 flips with a 700 lb tire in 34 seconds. This was slow, it was the last lift of the day, I can beat this by alot when more fresh.

real easy single with the 12" log at 160 lb., 72.72 kg

Yoke with 420 lb (including yoke itself) for 3x100'. That is 50', 15 sec rest, 50' back for each rep.

When you guys log your weight on the Yoke, do you include the weight of the yoke itself, or plates only?

Including the weight of the yoke as well.

Sorry for being slack at updating the list - it will be done tomorrow :D

Good yoke walking incidentally!

140kg stone to a 50inch platform. Hard, and failed a couple of attempts, but a technique adjustment made it possible.

8)

Not really done anything else worth noting other than some farmers holds - 15 seconds with 160's, and farmers walks 90kg for 90m, with intended drops at 45m and 75m (turns every 15m).
