Fantastic work guys! Mega respect to you all, I don't think I'da had the balls to do that! :D

I love the picture. It looks like Buzz, JP, Jono, and Deckerz have had many liquid refreshments and are quite happy, but Krypto is the angry designated driver. :razz: :lol:

Was the farmers walk 100kg each arm?
What was the weight of the yoke?

Would you recommend a visit to the gym in fife?

Big G - Cheers! Farmers were 100kg each hand aye, and yoke 220kg. Definitely worth a visit to Markinch if you get the chance. We'll be up every couple of weeks generally so might see you there for some training :)

Dave - Aye, it's fine. I think there is going to be a few folk doing articles about it for various mags etc. Let us know if you need any more info/photos etc
