I love the picture. It looks like Buzz, JP, Jono, and Deckerz have had many liquid refreshments and are quite happy, but Krypto is the angry designated driver.

Was the farmers walk 100kg each arm?
What was the weight of the yoke?
Would you recommend a visit to the gym in fife?

Big G - Cheers! Farmers were 100kg each hand aye, and yoke 220kg. Definitely worth a visit to Markinch if you get the chance. We'll be up every couple of weeks generally so might see you there for some training
Dave - Aye, it's fine. I think there is going to be a few folk doing articles about it for various mags etc. Let us know if you need any more info/photos etc
