Anyone interested in Olympic weightlifting or women's weightlifting should definitely check this out. It's one of the best weightlifting sites I've ever seen, design-wise. Inspirational.

Here's another great site for Olympic lifting. They have a number of full-out programs for Beginner, Intermediate, and Advanced lifters. Well done.

Wanted to post a link to my forum....I am the author of Men's Health Power Training (I mailed a copy to JP so look a review very soon!). Anyway, I am a vegan (since 1989) and we have a great, smaller forum where we discuss all things conditioning along with my book of course. Hope to see some of you there!

I subscribe to this gym's vids. They have a really good ethos regarding exercise and animals.

Hey, cool, I'm doing a PL comp there next month :) I've met the owner (briefly) and a few people who regularly train there, it seems like it has a really nice environment.

I hadn't seen their Youtube channel before, thanks for posting that.

Lucky you! I would love to meet the Bodytribe crew. Good luck with the comp.

This is a link to another forum if that is allowed. Its for strongmen, grip trainers and arm wrestlers.
