All the best for tomorrow mate!

Its the biggest comp so far for you, give it your all!

DONT FUCKING GIVE IN AN INCH MATE!!!

Its the first time at nationals, so the placing is not so important. What is important is that you break some PBs.

Expect you to finnish the 130 farmers, expect you to put in the best ever conans.

Enjoy the day mate!!!

Thanks mofos! Eat well yesterday and slept ok, FEELING NOT TOO BAD! Unfortunately all the weak bastards have pulled out, and it's only MONSTERS + me left :D

Raining just now though, and supposed to be on grass, so lets see what they do, maybe some events will change. Stones would be nice :)

Weigh in in an hour or so! Should be round about a svelt 102 I think!
