I have recently completed a study on the effect of kettlebell training on a small group of sixth form students at my school. The results are quite interesting if you want to have a look:

thats a really good article. excellent also that you managed to persuade the school to get some kettlebells. i wish my school had done the same!

I agree with Jonathan, the icing on it all was that the school actually went in for k-bells.
