I did a 54.5kg clean and press today.I'm 72kg now, hope to get bodyweight by the end of 2007(and I mean my weight then which hopefully will be higher.)
Good Improvement felipe-those are some nice gains.

Hell yeah Wobbly, this is a Si Se Peude challenge. I'm making little gains too. Last night I Clean and Pressed 105 lbs, oh wait, 47.7 kg. i weigh about 66 kg.
I think I wanna start record my gains in kg, it's sexy and euro you know.

hey sorry i havent updated the table, will do it early next year, promise! I wont have much of an online access for the rest of the year, so wont be able to do it then.
Keep on ketting those weights overhead!

them for awhile because i was focusing on snatching.
i attempted 102kg and failed!

I can press two 97lb kettlebells and my BW is 187.5 right now. Great goal to have. A BW press used to be standard and now 50% is not even standard!

I don't care about the deadline.. for me this is an eternal struggle!
Bump me up to 77.5 kg!
Too bad my bodyweight is now 85kg.
I'm sure i can do that some distant day in the future

I updated the table. I also rounded all bodyweights ( to whole kg ) and lifted weights ( to half kg ) for a nicer looking table.
Feel free to have a look at the table to verify its correctness
