I am trying to improve my vertical jump, but im not exactly sure where to begin in terms of what kinds of lifts I should do and how I should do them, anyone know anything about this?

I found doing box jumps, squats, calf-raises on the hip sled, and sprinting to help my vertical jump.

Power cleans worked extremely well for me. Along with lots of jumping and sprinting.
