I added a couple of pictures to the power & strength image gallery. I may add a few more throughout the week and as it gets warmer there will be plenty more taken of Ryan and I as we are able to do more outdoor training.

I wish someone had a camera handy when I was carrying a couch down three flights of stairs a couple of weeks ago. I need to post some stuff like that on here

I tossed a picture of Ryan lifting the big rock and another picture of me lifting a different rock. Today I have a few rare hours of slow time at work so this seemed like a fine way to entertain myself.

I think Crystal took all of these pictures, so have to toss thanks her way for 'em.
