My goal is to get at least 8 people in each division so there's some good competition going on - the PL total contest is getting there, but the Physique contest is running a bit more slowly. So, if you're interested even remotely then let's get this thing going soon and let me know if you're in. Like I said regarding the physique event, you don't have to post your "before" pictures here now, so what have you got to lose. Come on, everyone, tell me you're in!

Ryan

hey.. i'm down for the physique comp.. :)

great idea ryan!

Put me in the physique contest as well. That will give me a few months to try and get rid of my bellyfat :D And make sure I keep doing all my core work like mad

And, what about daviddenton, Crystal and some of the rest of you who could give it a good run for the contest?

we should collectively pester rochelle for this as well ;) She absolutely hates anything competetive, but with a chance to get some free vegan goodies... I think she would do well in either of the categories. C'moon Kulta :)

Aye, count me in on the PL comp! I'll be posting up all my new 1rpm's tomorrow after testing squat tonight. Have made lots of progress in the past few weeks, annoyingly just before the comp starts :D but 5/6 months is a long time...

Good luck one and all :)

Add me to the list for the PL contest. And if you'd like some comic relief, I'll try the physique comp as well!

if we get enough people, should we limit it to one comp only, so you would need to choose PL or physique, or does it matter? Thoughts?

i wanna do both. though i think that if i make any significant strength gain, i wouldnt do too well in the physique thing.
that said, what the hell-i say the more people in every competition the better.

okay, i'm in. put me down for both. i wish i could post new numbers, but i'm off for a couple weeks so you'll have to use my old ones. plus, i haven't even gone any heavier than those anyway.

I need a physique challenge/change

Postby manofthehill » Thu Jan 27, 2005 9:35 pm

I'm down for the physique part. I have some softness to shed this spring. Thank you for your thoughtful challenge. Better than a PS2 tourny...
