I haven't been seriously active on VF in the longest time but came to check out the strength table and noticed some old names now removed. I know one of these said people who was removed is no longer vegan, but was that the reason for the removal? Or was it said persons request? Would've been good to have been kept there as a testament to a "vegan (at the time) lifting heavy things".

Anyway, good to see some solid numbers still being put up!!! And I never did reach my goal of making it to the top 10 8)

weird. Given the high squat and bench i'd imagine the DL would be higher.

Those are some good numbers mate! I'll chime in with Lordmuppet though and say you likely have *a lot* of untapped potential in your deadlift. Not the first time I've seen this however but with some technique adjustments and just a few weeks of practice their DL shot up significantly.

I don't really work deadlift much. I was doing a daily max squat routine when I hit those numbers.
I started sheiko today, so maybe that will help some.
