Did a 230kg deadlift in a competition on sunday. Got 2 red lights, though. On the german board we made it legit. Decide for yourselfs ;)

I can see why they gave you the red lights-- there was a pause towards the mid-thigh that could have been interpreted as a slight re-dip before standing. I thought it looked solid, though. :) Nice work!!

My bench is now 122.5kg and bodyweight is 85kg. I'm not squatting or deadlifting at all for the foreseeable future.

Well done all! table is updated.

[quote="Konstantin"]My bench is now 122.5kg and bodyweight is 85kg. I'm not squatting or deadlifting at all for the foreseeable future.

I have you down for a 130kg bench already, but at a higher bodyweight. Do you want me to update it with the lower bodyweight for 122.5kg or leave it as is?

[quote="Orkje"]Deadlift to 210, please. Hopefully I can repeat/improve upon that at the comp on March 1st... Will have a belt by then, too :)

Did you mean 220kg? Because on the table at the moment your best is listed as 217.5kg

Squat to 195 kg, please. And deadlift still 245. Bw was at 81.9, weighing in today.
That squat was red-lighted. I tell you, I hate the IPF with a passion, now. On the videos you can clearly see that I did go deep without a doubt, which is why I am fucking pissed because I know, I did squat 195 to depth and I even could have squatted 200 to reasonable (close but good enough) depth. I am really fuming right now. But I think I should save this for my log entry tomorrow.

No, I do mean 210. I'm Orkje, not Oak. He has a 217.7 deadlift

To get yourself added please state:
- Amount lifted for each lift (Your 1RM) - If you don't know your 1RM you can either go and test it or just state the maximum weight that you have lifted, even if you can do more than one rep.

So it's just the max weight you have lifted for 1 rep or more, so far.
The calculators are also not very accurate. They can give you an idea but when my max bench was 115, the calculators predicted 130 and despite my actual max deadlift being 245, the calculators predict up to 314 kg based on my 14 reps with 200 kg. So they can be quite a bit off
