Man i wanna try my 1RMs right now. supposed to be in deload week though. then again i've had the idea to do one WOD each day this week. maybe today i'll make it the Crossfit Total with Bench instead of Press :D

ok so here we go

Marius / 159lbs / no belt

Squat 255
Bench 190
Deadlift 280 (did not feel good, had to fight super hard to keep any kind of tension. still a lot of rounding going on i think.)

Lots of work still to do.

Here is what I was trying to express in a more lighthearted way:

There is a huge amount of work that goes into keeping the site running over never mind promoting it. This is done by a very small group of people. Anything (no matter how small) members can do to reduce that workload is appreciated.

Please could you add my starting stats to the table. I am back after a 2 year break following injury.

I have to say I am rather disappointed with my figures as I am a long way behind what I was. Despite this it should give me some motivation to move up the table.

Body Weight - 87kg
Height - 170cm

Bench - 82kg
Squat - 90kg
Deadlift - 130kg

No problem. And don't worry about the figures being low. When I first got myself added to this list I was almost at the bottom. If you are keen and keep at it you will no doubt progress up the table.
