thanks jp. did 3 weeks of smolov jnr on a very low box with a safety squat bar. think i burst a blood vessel as well!

Oh yeah! I just remembered I hit some PRs in the gym recently. BW still 148 lb, Bench to 135 lb, Deadlift to 305 lb. :D

Bodyweight 105 kg

Squat: 105 kg
Bench press: 65 kg
Deadlift: 95 kg

Bodyweight to 80kg and Squat to 152kg please :) (+4kg)

Was a bit of a grinder but think that was cos i had done 148 and 150 in the same session. 150 was actually pretty solid with no form breakdown. here's 152kg
