Squat to 114. If my 5/3/1 program keeps working I should be hitting more PRs in the squat soon without actually doing a PR-day. Woot.

HI, it's been a while since posting.
as of last night my squat is now 182.5kg

Hadn't tested my max in about a year and had been mostly DB benching until indulging in some BB antics yesterday. I'm quite pleased!
