more kg's :P

Those Russian 105 guys are insane though :o I've been watching some weightlifting stuff online because of them and that big Iranian guy. And, think what would happen if Akkayev gained ~65 kg, maybe get that extra 5 kg and beat the Iranian guy in SHW

Squat to 140kg please. Bodyweight to 73kg (video caption is wrong).

Tried (and failed) for a cheeky Bench touch and go ORM PR at 84kg. Got it up but spotter thought it maybe went down and then back up at one point so i'm marking the lift as no good.

Nice work! Looked easier than the 137 video. 150 can't be too far off I think.

cheers and yeah it was a lot harder than it looked :) Again form is surprisingly good so probably a few extra kgs there but don't want to push the envelope too quickly.

You need to get some videos up yourself! :)

experimenting with just eating less crap and doing more cardio to see if i can lose some of the fat without losing the strength. Building up the cardio slowly (a minute extra a day) so as not to lose the strength.

So yeah plan is more cardio and better not less food. We shall see in a month if it is working or not
