3. Bench 100kg
4. Deadlift 220kg
5. 100kg weighted chinup
6. Do not cut weight below 80kg under any circumstances

- increase my powerlifting total from 410 to 455 (no specific goals per lift, just see how things work out);
- increase my strict press from 73kg to 85kg;
- avoid knee problems when squatting by taking things slowly and by focusing on solid form.

2) defend my IRP European champion title(s),
3) get a decent squat,
4) repeat progress of mid 2012 in the benchpress,
5) become stronger, fitter, bigger, more awesome, more shredded, more tan, just better overall.
