It looked fake when the first guy lifted it, there seemed to be no activity in the muscles. I did something similar by getting an Oly bar at the gym and filling it up with loads of light oly weights. If I was there I'd want to feel the weights.

It's television. I doubt that the first guy can bench 150. Everyone who lifts should.
