interesting. Mine either isn't IPF affiliated (i think it isn't) or just hasn't updated the classes

Pulled 170 kg yesterday.

Thanks. Didn't bench 75 kg or more for a very long time. Update comes end of june.

It was the Veggie Street Day in Stuttgart, Germany, a vegan street festival. This year, the VSTG had both a stall (don't know if correct word) and did a show.

I like to leave a little in the tank because I like to avoid missing lifts. Next attempt will be 177.5kg what about you?

Not sure. I'm running standard 5/3/1 and having good results, so no need to mix it up. Maybe I'll do a few singles next month or in the deload week end of this month.
