Spoke to ninearms about this also, what would be a good baby/family friendly event?
Lunch in a park with a few kettlebells?

Sounds good, ideally without the kettlebells.

it would be awesome if some of you could make it, but can understand that the london vegan fair being on the same day will get in the way.

but the day before, on saturday, will nail the weigh in and then need to FEED! :D Pogo perhaps?

The comp organisers are still not sure about the weigh in time, but will post when i hear.

I dont have one, and dont think i would need any with those weights and it would make moving with the 310 frame difficult...

Though, who knows, might just fail the 250  Yon never know!

Pogo eatathon! Lets do it!

Re: vegan festival. It's running until 8pm so we should have plenty of time to nip back and clear out the cupcake vendors and the frys table of its goodies.

Not possible!

Pogo eatathon sounds awesome. How far is Kent from London, sounds far way to go just for a weight in, then back to pogo?

Dude the organisers should you have there on stage!

Having a guy who's just competed at the final of a UK's strongest man competition or a hippy discussing 'understanding living consciousness' - I know which I think is more effective activism.

Where in Kent is it? I'd be interested in watching, but limited to train travel, so I'm not sure it'd be easy to get to.

Never mind--found it in your first post!

lol, well we all have our priorities, maybe living consciousness is THE KEY to vegan activism :)

i am happy to talk about my diet and training anywhere, but am shit at self promotion, feels wrong :D When i bang about the comps here it is to the community i know.

And also to the random visitor to VF who are checking if you can do this shit on a vegan diet...

Yes! 95% chance that I will be driving up to watch, so would be no problem to give people lifts.
Looks like it might turn into a jam packed vegan weekend. Saturday afternoon/evening in London then Sunday roadtrip to Kent.
