i witnessed joels125 cj and it was AWESOME! the jerk was piss easy and more to come.

Now if your brother goes vegan too from veggie we would have one more solid weightlifting numbers on the table :)

good luck with your new path mate, you seem to have taken to it very well indeed.

Agreed. I asked him what his PB was expecting a much higher number based on how "easy" that looked.

Will get someone to film me lift next time I train at the club, usually just train on my own at home.

Yeah was really happy to get it, had a couple of misses before but was psyched to keep trying. Now the goal is to make that a weight I can hit easily and push for far bigger numbers

Snatch to 101kg. Not a big jump at all but have crossed the 100kg psychological barrier which has been defeating me for the last few weeks

Snatch 70kg
C&J 90kg
BW 85kg

Gives me a Sinclair of 190.6, or 207.1 once the age adjustments have been done.
