Impressed with the squats, but come on, 99.9kg? Couldn't you have chugged a glass of water before the weigh-in?

Bodyweight to 82.4kg (lol...can't believe it was 77.7kg last time i hit a PB)


Deadlift to 172.5kg (5 reps, no belt).

Don't think I'm letting you crawl away btw Talyn :D Just been working on reps for a while, all my 1RMs are undoubtedly way higher.
was there a time we weren't at war; when we knew what our hearts and hands were for?

Oh not at all. I just watched the video of your deadlifts - very impressive!! I had no idea you were so tall and skinny. You will reach beast like proportions if you keep at it. Pretty sure I will be soon chasing your total to no avail ;)

220kg Deadlift and it was super easy. 5 plates a side, very chuffed about that :)

Into the top 30 in the next two months, no bother.
