Do you stretch? I've started to do so because:
a) I'm building muscle and losing even more flexibility
b) Otherwise I'm struggling to comfortably get into the squat.
I do hamstrings, abductors and hips. I also try to do a bit on my arms and shoulders. What do you do?
You can see my training log if you're really bored: www.veganfitness.net/viewtopic.php?f=8&t=16086&start=360

My flexibility never decreased, so I don´t see the need to stretch in general.
I do however need more flexibility in the hips and shoulders for ultra-wide sumo squatting and Olympic lifting, so I´ll incorporate some mobility work for the hips (which doesn´t stretch the muscles and can be done before training without decreasing your strength for the day) and maybe a stretch or two after shoulder/pec work.

I do triceps, shoulder, pec, lat, and wrist stretches pretty much daily because I have a lot of upper body tightness and a history of getting tendinitis in my wrists. Other than that, I stretch my hamstrings and ankles sometimes.

I do an office job, so I make an effort to stretch my hip flexors before lifting. Other than that, just what is needed to get into position, along with mobility work.

I didn't but I started to get less flexible. It never really got in the way of lifting but I have odd dyspraxic walking issues some days and as my hamstrings got tighter I started to get more days were it took longer for it to not be stuff/sore feeling. I'll sometimes stretch after a work out but mostly I do on off days.

I'm trying to get into the routine of yoga each morning and evening to improve my general flexibility. Don't tend to stretch when lifting as I normally have just 30 mins to do it in.
