nailed a nice 160kg squat today, possibly a 165 in there soon I hope :D

Same here. I won't get back squatting until the new year, but 180 (184 rather) is my end of 2011 goal.

While I sat on the beach having my knee wraps done up. I was thinking 180kg is going to be easy in a couple of months.
5x5 110kg tonight! Where is everyone else at?

Sunday I also have heavy triples in my plan, starting at 115kg and working up.

Haha, did you pull that from google? That's Joel, who sometimes posts here. MVS represent :)

BTW when you do lift 180, get some better spotters than the ones in that picture.
