Squat Friday has come and gone.
Warmups felt heavy, especially 160kg. That set was so bad I decided to take it again, then double 180, single at 190. Then bust out a 205kg triple
. Last rep was tough, lost the bar a wee bit and came up skew whiff. Dropped back to 180kg again, was half thinking about 10 reps, but had to abort at 5 as my wrists were complaining (the shame).
Wrist sore just now actually, but overall I'm happy in the knowledge that JP will be unable to sleep tonight due to the fear of defeat
