SPUG!!!
You beat me to 600lbs/272.5kg deadlift (who wouldnt though...).
Now it is time to seek revenge.
After couple ok sessions on a lift it is customary to take a hit from the crack pipe and make wild predictions of progress.
And now i started smelling the sweet smell of 227.5kg squat...
Anyone else?

Hmmmm might be in for this.
Give me an idea of your rate of progress. When did you squat 220kg?

I think he'll need to do the 20 rep texas madcow version of the russian smolov meso bulgarian base building 5/3/1 superstrength routine from westside to get it back up to 140.
