Bodyweight to 98kg ripped, except for little powerbelly.

wasn't going to test for a while but i have cold so am not good for much else

squat to 115.9kg true ORM albeit with a cold (though Bill Starr seems to think it makes you stronger ... weird), five hours sleep (was up rereading Rippetoe in prep for showing a vegan friend the ropes) and followed on singles of 111 and 113 so i figure there is a bit more in the tank

attempted a new ORM on the bench and failed epically

Thanks :)

That's Hossein Rezazadeh. He won gold in Athens in the +105 kg. 210 kg snatch and 262.5 kg (was actually 263.5) clean and jerk!

Nice!

This puts me under pressure. I've only managed a tiny rep PR of 9x85. Seems I've to haul out the big guns. Started Boring But Big which has me squatting additional five sets of ten reps on squat days -- as accessory work. :D

Bench to 107.5kg thank you very much. Jump ahead of thestoatyone again! 8)
Feels like a million miles to get to 500kg total though. Stupid squats.

Thanks dude :) Those are pretty high reps you're doing there. Working on endurance too? Me, I quit soccer and so am just focusing on getting fat and strong :)

edited to say: I like the new profile pic too. Suitably demonic.

congrats indeed but

next year = Mellos as RAW deadlift champ!

I already boast to people about how we have an Australian bench press champion on this table, having yet another at deadlift would be seriously bad ass!

Are there any other champions on here i have forgotten? (if so my apologies)

edited to say: congrats to baldy too and thanks for video :) My bench form sucks so I'm always interested to see other people dong it well.
