@ baldy ah indeed it is. For some reason I missed that when i last looked at it. Was tired or something.
@ seitanic how about a race to 120kg or 125 kg instead?
JS - They think it will open the door to folk like LordMuppet campaigning for a threeway?

Already run out of seitan quick mix?
Why not 140 kg? Below is too easy.

@ seitanic
ha ha ha okay let's do eeet. I've no idea how long such a thing will take for me (a year? more?) but yeah i guess it's good to have long term projects and since i hit 1.5 bw squat i need a new one.

If you look at the thread most of us have been trying for more than a year.

I looked at the thread again and a year seems VERY hard but doable insofar as you have added 35kg in a year and I need to add 34kg in a year (you started at 100kg, I'm starting at 106kg).
I have no life so that's in my favour

Bench to 77.5kg (double)
Dead to 147.5kg (7 reps)
Bodyweight to 77.7kg
Won't be attempting a squat PR this time round. Deloaded and working my way back up.
was there a time we weren't at war; when we knew what our hearts and hands were for?

Deadlift to 215kg please, takes me up to thestoatyone once again. Very close on a Bench pb, maybe next week.
Bodyweight to 98kg ripped, except for little powerbelly.
