Supertraining

I don't know whether to put this in the culture section or here.
Mods can surely move this if in the wrong section :)

A respected strength coach recommended few books to me that I immediately ordered from the publisher.
Mel Siff's Supertraining and Facts and Fallacies of Fitness.
Has anyone read them?

Both of them are very in depth books about strength training. Supertraining is THE bible of strength training.

Here's a link: http://supertraining-siff.com/index.html
"The widespread use of steroids and other chemical supplement is frequently an admission that one has run out of training ideas to produce further progress naturally."
- Mel Siff
