JP struggles to recover from two comps and puts in a poor show for rack pulls. But the spirits remain high.

Spugs emotional life has taken a dramatic turn making him thinking more about poetry than PBs, flowers than rack pulls and the singing of birds instead of the sound of metal plates hitting the ground.

Both disco bastards dived into new lows of pulling strength for a while easing it back to it on the week 10.

Spug pulls easy 230 for a single.

JP nailes couple doubles with 220 - first one having room for two more reps.
