Well where is it you big tease?

Proper shot put as invented by the Scots wasn't done in a proper circle so I think we'll allow it

jp,

you know its bad when you are setting up and one can't tell whether you are going to do use the spin or glide technique. i think the 'splide' technique was ruled out within 5 minutes of its inception.
Are you doing enough to be the best?

OK, put me down for 7.24m.

Here's an article, for bandwagon jumpers, on basic shot put technique that I probably should have read before heading out to the park with Joni today.

Solid article iv and good opening effort.

I'll put a table in the original post.

Might get a chance to have a put or two this weekend :)

How much does a shot put weight? I might approximate with a weight if it's 2,5,10 or 1.25kg, but I aint buying or stealing one specially.

I almost bought a shotput the other week, but my local sports store only stocks junior weights. :( The quest continues.

Actually been reading his blog on http://www.spikesmag.com/blogs/reesehoffa/theresaerosmithtoworryabout.aspx

Seems like a cool guy. Dedication to mastering pong is solid.

Reese FTW!!!
