Yeahhh, i just came back from a great training session.

Deadlift Improved to 242.5 kg , also tried 252.5 kg(FAILED) got it good from the ground but then i stuck at half the way!!
Just made some short benchpresses after the deadlifts, startet with 6x100, then 1x120 and THEN: I MADE 130kg NEW PB!!
I succesfully used the Tip i got from Bronco to move the Weight a bit towards the head when i get stuck and it worked so fine, that shows me that technique can even help in powerexcercises like benchpressing
YEAHHH BABY CIDELDIDADELDIDUDELIDEEEEJAAAAYYY!!!!!!!!!!!

so i have a possible explanation for this sudden increase:
I had a perfect nutrition week with lots of resting and cozyness, got treated with nice smoothies every day and a lot of gooood food with a nice company. Thank You Christine.

Great work everyone - table updated!

Welcome to the strength table Drew and Tuc - you both have solid opening numbers. Tuc - you need to get yourself a squat posted :)
