No man still 5kg to go ;) . When you get there I might consider doing something about my deadlift. That 175 looked pretty easy so I guess that will be soon.

i also plan to go for my deads-PB in the next month. i will also buy weights.

three more things jonathan:

could you change my name from "kadett8" to "daisy"
could you change the name "Big Elmo" to "Elmo" (he is registered as Elmo) and my new bodyweight:

Oh yeah, I see!!! I just meant on the total!

I've had three posts telling me the 175 looked easy!!! I really have to re-evaluate what easy means. Before this it meant having a cup of tea, or going for a short walk.

"Easy" seems to mean hauling nearly 400 pounds off the floor with your entrails hanging out of your arsehole while having a stroke and a heart attack.

Right, table updated. I am sorry that it took me so long. With being ill, my forum time always drops dramatically. Last thing I want to read about is other peoples training when I can barely lift my arms! :lol:

So, Minsc, welcome to the table. Great starting numbers too. I am sure that you can squeeze a little more out of your deadlift though, with your squat being so close to it!

JP, nice to see you putting a tiny bit of light between your squat and deadlift :wink:

Dublin Dave - solid improvements all round. You will soon no longer be recognisable as a recovering climber!

Duke = beast 8)

Ralst - excellent improvements as ever.
