I'm still not quite a vegan Dave, been veggie 20 years, but enjoy vegan food. I'll drop you a PM in the New Year when things get back to normal.

I think my main strength goal is a 200kg Olympic-style no belt squat. I think it's pretty easily attainable, but we'll see. It would be a 30kg gain over what I've done recently. I'd also like to overhead press something respectable --- maybe 80 or so...that should surely happen if I actually commit to working on it. I'd like to get my jump good enough to do a one-legged jump onto a 1m box. In biking goals (I know this is Power and Strength...) I'd like to hit a < 11.7 flying 200m and a < 20.0 standing 250m

Wow Josh - 1m one-legged jump??! I can't even begin to imagine that..you're some kind of freakin' ninja on top of it all!! haha

I'm planning to improve my sprints a fair bit this year, i'd like to get my flying 200m down under 12.5 seconds (far cry from what Josh is doing!) my PB is a 12.95, and get my standing 500m down under 37 seconds, PB is around 38.7.

Never done a standing 250m....tho easy enough to time half my 500m. ;)

My relatively conservative (I think) goals for next year are:

Bench: 90kg (i.e. 1 x current bodyweight...well just over)
Deadlift: 180kg (i.e. 2 x current bodyweight)
Squats: 140kg (i.e. 1.5 x current bodyweight)
Total added = 110kg

Other goals are find someone to show me how to 'clean' and maybe learn to front squat.

Plus gain a little more weight (Get up to 95kg?) but reduce my body fat (apparently I'm at 20%).

All right then, goals for 2008:

Also,
Power Clean and Push Press 225 pounds (2 wheels)

I have some goals for the new year:

Goal: (current max)
Bodyweight: Be consistently above 85 kg (between 81-83 kg now)
Front squat: 100 kg (85 kg)
Clean: 95 kg (80 kg)
Split jerk: 90 kg (70 kg)
Clean & jerk: 85 kg (70 kg)
Snatch: 60 kg (47.5 kg)
Back squat: 125 kg (110 kg)
Bench press: 90 kg (82.5 kg)
Deadlift: 165 kg (150 kg)
Military press: 70 kg (62.5 kg)

Lots of lifts, but most of the targets are quite reasonable, I think.

You call down the thunder

My goals are:

Bring more quality to my workouts
Rehab shoulder & groin problems, increase flexibilty
Make running a habit
Get out on the bike more
Compete in a triathlon/adventure race
Move into midfield for my football team
Not set a climbing goal yet, but there will be one. Will have to see how the shoulder responds to the return to the wall.

As for lifts, same as Junior.

No straps.I think i can get there with straps if i add a bit more bodyweight but to get it without straps will take my grip to a whole new level i think  .

I've ditched the lower bodyfat theory to improve my grip although i think it is still a valid theory. My new plan is to get my deadlift strength up as much as possible which i'm hoping will bring my grip up with it.340 is a bit crack pipe but i dont think its impossible. Its time to put some serious strength gains on my deadlift and squat which will mean some serious bulking although i will try to keep my bodyfat in check which should be easier than my pre-vegan bulking days.

Hmmm 2008 goals... tricky....

Equipped powerlifting:

Squats 160kg (150kg is the real-world goal but I thought I would go a little crackpipe just in case I surprise myself!)

Bench 90kg (85kg in real-world)

Deadlifts - not sure I will do equipped DLs so no goals.

Equipped total goal: Would like to get a 380kg total

Unequipped powerlifting:

Squat: 115kg

Bench: 70kg

Deadlift: 160kg

Total: 345kg

Strongwoman goals

Log press 50kg
Farmers walk 80kg 20m
Load 80kg stone for reps
Axle press 55kg
Yoke 200kg 20m (crackpipe I think)
