Good work resurrecting this thread, ralst. I forgot to post my lift from a few months ago - 286lb (130kg)

Man hard to believe this started over a year ago...

Not much progress being made on front squats. I thought there were some Oly types out there :?

Anyway, new PB for me, 352lbs (160kg). Brings a couple of lifters into range for next maxout session :)

I notice you've moved above Jono by a solitary pound - are you rounding up again?

Currently doing 120kg for reps, haven't tried a max...
120kg (264) is a good starting point I guess.

Got you on the table man, solid weight for reps.

Do you think you'll try for a 1RM or just up the weight you can use slowly? I remember you saying you were avoiding low-rep stuff at the moment.

Yeah, I figure it's a good starting point.
I'm enjoying the Fronties a lot, I haven't done them for ages.
I'll going to try and up the weight and drop the reps in the next little while.
I'm finally over my last injury (Elbow-) and pretty keen to do some heavier stuff again, I'll just take it easy and see how it goes.

Great work Sydney - bit of training and you can overtake that boastful Spug, and the young pretender Jakob

Don't underestimate The Spug. He just has THE FEAR. 182kg is doable right now, in the bag, fully zipped up, but he doesn't have the bottle.
