Just read the article on T-Nation, the program is extremely similar to how I have been lifting lately. The main difference is that I have been doing mostly 3x5, but I have actually been thinking about doing 5x5 for some of my lifts. I think I might transition into this program, possible a slightly modified version. Thanks again!

Back from VFW with a shiny new deadlift PB: 121 kg. Double bodyweight baby! :mrgreen:

No picture proof sadly, but Anton and _Andreas_ are my witnesses.

Hope you enjoyed the fifth spot, Adena. ;)

Yeah I tried to get Adena into smack talking some time back. Didn't really work out ... :(

Tested my bench today. I never do much barbell bench, so it was a fun experiment. Looks like I can almost bench my bodyweight right now. Yay!

Finally did some lifting again, squat up to 70kg... bodyweight up to 53kg.
