Just a slight increase, but every little bit counts!

Well done Adena, you're really in close pursuit of me now! :)

:) Just pursuing my own gains, really! I have goals for my next meet, we'll see if I can make it!

Sneaky there how you use an easy 2 rep squat as your max, trying to keep everyone off guard till you throw out a 225 lbs squat. 8)

I'm not trying to be sneaky! I just really don't like doing 1RMs. But I AM going to beat your numbers by the end of the year. Ready, GO!

when it comes to the strength table, sneakiness is encouraged. lure them into a false sense of security, then wham!! ;)

I'm finally able to squat and deadlift again, so I'd like to update my numbers, which are from about 6 years ago! I don't bench much at all, but I'll put in the most recent amount I've done. This is what I do for reps as haven't tested 1RM. Just getting back into proper lifting (as I now have access to proper equipment) so I hope these will go up.

Body weight: 69kg
Squat: 70kg
Deadlift: 75kg
Bench: 38kg

No log posts for 2 months and then a 17.5kg jump in max squat? The force is strong in this one...

Squat 110 please
Bench 115
BW still 85
I think that's a tight part of the table and a rise of 9 places for me!
