How do you track how much complete protein you eat per day?
The nutrition facts on packages say only 'x grams of protein', but not if it is incomplete or complete.
Theoretically, to know how much complete protein I ate, I would have to track the exact amount of amino acids in each food?
E.g. black beans + brown rice = complete protein. 15 grams of protein from the black beans, and 5 grams of protein from brown rice. Is this 20 grams of complete protein, or 6 grams of complete protein and 14 grams of incomplete protein? (numbers are not accurate, just made them up to demonstrate what I'd like to ask.)
