Honey isn't vegan in that veganism is compassion for all life (even bees).
I went grocery shopping yesterday and got a gnarly amount of rice, cous cous, quinoa, beans, and veggies. I'm stoked, I haven't been this well prepared in some time.

Thanks for your list! Hummus is great indeed, but I didn't list it because I always make it myself from chickpeas etc.
