This week I decided to go vegan..I have been mostly lacto vegetarien for about 15 years. I only had eggs on a few occassions, and then it was mostly when eggs was "in stuff" such as cake.
I would like to get some ideas on portable vegan meals that I can bring to school. I want something that holds up well and it nutrisious and filling. I useally am a "starvin' marvin" after school and end up getting junk food, not ideal i know.
I don't want to be a potato chip vegan!
