Although I cheated a bit as I used half a jar of M&S tagine paste.. which is usually used for Moroccan lamb steaks (the paste itself does not contain any meat products - or anything artificial). I substituted the lamb with turnips
If your wondering why I have cous cous _and_ rice, it's because I couldn't get hold of any wholemeal cous cous (waitrose usually sell it) so only had a little as I like the taste of it.
I am 100% sure I want to go Vegan - but I just have to make sure I can do it without making myself ill as I have such a restrictive diet anyway.
