When I first went vegan, I took a vegan vegetarian nutrition course at my college. I have been compulsively copying these pages since! If anyone out there wants me to send them a copy of the sheets that I have, just let me know. *Note I do not really have "permission" to distro these, so I'll gladly scan and email these to you.* just pm me.
