Do I need to take a B12 supplement?I already take a multivitamin and mineral daily, which lists B5 ,B3, B1,B2, B6, only.

There are loads of old threads on this subject here on VF. Try a quick search for B12 and you'll find plenty of info. It also depends on how much B12 fortified foods you eat (like soya milk).

It's a very long thread, but if you just read my messages (not trying to discourage you of reading it all), you'll get a pretty good overall picture of B12 with lots of valuable information.

Short answer to your question however would be: drop the multivitamin if you eat a halfway proper vegan diet and take B12 instead, 2000µg once a week is the simplest method. More in that thread.
