Defo read up on all the info you can so you can understand the vegan diet fully yourself as well as explain to folk where you are getting all those things you are supposedly missing!

So, I've given it a few days to try to stop losing weight, and as you mention Konstantin and beforewisdom, by having 3 meals a day (Have been having no breakfast for years, never really enjoyed it), because at this rate I'm going to end up skinny, and that's not nice is it.
